HOLZ-HANDWERK opens its doors for the 16th time from 21–24 March 2012. Not only the exhibitors at the Trade Fair for Machine Technology, Equipment and Supplies for the Wood Crafts present another outstanding range of innovative products, but the supporting programme has a few surprises too. The TSD Cup competition to attract new recruits into the trade and the German Planing Championship will be organized in Nürnberg for the first time. Guided tours of the city to round off the days at the exhibition are another new feature. From 17 to 21 January 2012, Swissbau in Basel will once again be the most important rendezvous for the construction and real estate industry in Switzerland. Over a period of five days, just under 1300 exhibitors from more than 20 countries will be presenting innovative technologies, materials and trends to the way above 100,000 professional visitors and private property owners who are expected to attend. In addition, as part of the new Swissbau Focus competence platform, sophisticated events are being held, together with discussion forums of relevance to the sector on the subject of «sustainable building and renovation».
